*Please note, Identity University: Skilled Sessions on Thursday, October 24 is NOT included in the Navigate registration fee. This is an optional additional event.

Identity University: Skilled Sessions is a full day of education about SailPoint’s newest and most relevant technology on Thursday, October 24. Participants have access to multiple learning tracks and can choose to attend a single track or a mix of sessions. We will confirm this year’s education tracks and the registration fee for this optional additional day soon.

Attendee substitutions may be requested by sending an email to the Navigate registration team at navigate@sailpoint.com with the names of both the original and substitute registrants. All requests for substitutions must be received no later than 5:00pm CST on September 20, 2024, to avoid incurring a substitution processing fee. Onsite substitutions will incur a $100 processing fee. Granting a substitution request is at the discretion of SailPoint.

All cancellations must be received in writing via email to navigate@sailpoint.com and are subject to the below cancellation fees. Cancellations received between date of purchase and 11:59pm CT on June 28, 2024 will receive a full refund of registration fees paid, less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received between June 29, 2024 and 11:59pm CT on August 30, 2024, will receive a 50% refund of registration fees paid, less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be given after August 30, 2024 (11:59pm CT). Please note: Any requests to change the payment method used for a completed registration will incur a $50 change fee. If you need to make a change, please contact the Navigate Events team at: navigate@sailpoint.com. SailPoint reserves the right to deny registration to any individual or entity for any reason, in SailPoint’s sole discretion, including for past or present failure to meet SailPoint’s standards of conduct. 

We’ve negotiated a special hotel rate at Hyatt Regency Orlando of $279/night + taxes and fees for Navigate attendees. A discounted resort fee of $15/day will be added to your reservation.

Book online or call (402) 593-5048 and reference the code G-UPIK for the SailPoint Navigate conference. Individual reservations may be canceled up to 72 hours prior to arrival to receive a refund of your deposit. Please refer to your housing confirmation email for the full cancellation policy.

The resort fee includes premium internet access in your guestroom, 24-hour access to the fitness center and classes, 25% discount on spa and salon services, 25% discount on cabana rentals (based on availability), recreational activities at both Grotto and Terrace pools, two (2) I-Ride Trolley tickets to the International Drive area, local and 800 calls, incoming and outgoing faxes, and two (2) bottled waters per day. 

Please contact the Hyatt Regency Orlando directly to inquire if government rates are available over our program dates.  Due to occupancy levels this might not be possible.
